Fatima joined Saturna Sdn Bhd as Chief Operating Officer in September 2024. She holds an LLB (Hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, and brings over 25 years of experience in the capital markets and commercial banking sectors, specializing in fund management, stockbroking, and internal audit.

Prior to joining Saturna, Fatima served as Head of Strategic & Quality Assurance in Group Internal Audit at Affin Bank. She has also held key positions within Maybank Asset Management Group, including Head of Compliance for the Asset Management Malaysia and overseeing the compliance operations for subsidiaries across Southeast Asia.

Earlier in her career, she was with a foreign bank-backed stockbroking firm as a trader and later move on to local stockbroking firm in a bank as sales trader before joining the asset management and banking industry.
